Abstract (EN)

CLOCK gene dysfunction has been associated with different abortions and often leads to function loss or mutations in this gene as many pregnant women suffer from recurrent abortions. The current study included 84 women. The samples were divided into two groups, the control group and the other women with recurrent abortions. The genetic variation of the clock gene was also identified at the sites rs6850524 and rs119325955 and the nucleotide sequence. The results of genetic variation in the two sites rs6850524 and rs11932595 in women with recurrent abortion showed that the frequency of a GG mutation is 35% higher in women with recurrent abortions compared to the excess genetic pattern in the control group by 5%. The proportion of natural genetic pattern AA was the lowest in women with recurrent abortion. As for the recurrence of alleles, the results showed that the G - intake was (92%) higher in the women than in the control group (4%). The results also showed a relationship between recurrent abortions and the genetic variation of clock gene on site rs11932595. As a result of PCR interaction shows the appearance of genetic variation of the gene in the three genetic patterns GG, AG, AA, and in different percentages. The results of antiphospholipid and cardiolipin syndromes showed that the tests were negative, within the allowable limit for the presence of antibodies for the antibody IgG and it is negative for the antibody IgM. The results of female hormones also showed that the concentration of the positive samples for progesterone was 70% and for the hormone prolactin was 90%, which were also positive.
