Determining the structurel situation and problems of agriculturel machinery manufacturers in Soke

The problems of the agricultural sector are not only limited to the issues of agricultural producers, also the problems cover the manufacturing of agricultural machinery which is one of the sectors that provide input for the agricultural production and adversely it affects the economy of our country. In this study, the existing problems and the reflection of grant support were determined with making survey on 18 different manufactures which are located in Söke district where Söke is forefront in terms of quantity and capacity across our country, According to the results only 34% of the firms were found to be passed to the fabrication stage of large capacity. With not disclosing the grant support programs early firms cannot plan their annual production in a healthy way however it was concluded that firms increase their production between 5% and 30% with the grant support.
