Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, a box metric space defined by using a metric is considered. By defining the contraction mapping and cyclic contraction mapping for box metric spaces, Banach Contraction Principle is proven for cyclic contractions in box metric spaces. Then Kannan type cyclic contraction mapping is defined and various fixed point theorems are proven. Finally some fixed point results are obtained by considering ϕ− type orbital Meir Keeler cyclic contraction mappings and examples are presented as application.
