Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, problems about the area of intelligence in our country are being discussed. These problems to overcome intelligence in the area work, intelligence-related agencies and organizations duties and responsibilities and the problems inquiry the intelligence in our country, in all the right policies and strategies to obtain for serious structural changes need to be seen. Under this hypothesis, other countries in the area of intelligence and intelligence structures, issues, intelligence agencies by examining the legal basis is found in the search for solutions to problems.
