Organization learning anddifficulties in governement and private high schools

Fatih TÖREMEN University Of Fırat Graduate School Of Social Sciences Department of Eduucation Sciences 1998, Page: XHI-190 The aim of this research called Organizational learning and difficulties in governement and private high schools, is to investigate the roles of managements and teachers, their opinion and succession on the learning school culture and difficulties in organizational learning in both governement and private high school. To achieve this goal, the answer of these questions have been detected and analyzed: What is role of the managers and teachers? What are the difficulties and how the learning school culture can be achieved in governement and private schools successfully? Is there a significant deviation between those sectors opinion on the role, difficulties and learning school culture? For this purpose two questionnaires contain 70 questions were prepared. For the completeness seven region of Turkey are chosen and the questionnaires have been used in 31 private school and 52 governement school, 545 teachers and 148 administrators, respectively. The results of two questionnaires have been subject of student t teste and analysis of Variance. It has been found that there is no noticeable difference opinion on the coordination obstacles, conversely there is a significant difference opinion between private and governement shools arises on the organization role and constrain the learning culture.
