As a result of the research, no significant difference has been found between the emotional labour levels and sub-dimensions of the individuals as well as their gender and marital status, while significant differences have been found between years of seniority, age and education levels. According to the findings, teachers exhibit the highest genuine emotions, then deep acting and the least surface acting, respectively. Emotional labour levels and deep acting behavior have been determined at a medium level. There is no significant difference in the dimensions of deep acting and natural behavior of teachers working at secondary and high school levels. However, significant differences have been found in the emotional labour level and superficial acting behavior of the teachers working in secondary school levels. According to the results of this study, it is seen that secondary school and high school teachers perform emotional labour while doing their duties, and some demographic characteristics and the schools they work in affect their emotional labour levels.
