Abstract (EN)
Organizations that realize that the employee is not a robot, people realize that they are a bio-psycho-socio-spiritual entity, take the most important step in increasing productivity and success. In this study, demographic, economic, psycho-social, organizational and managerial factors affecting the motivation of the employees were examined. The aim of this study was to determine the factors that affect the motivation of the employees and to measure the effects of these factors on motivation, a questionnaire was applied. 5-item Likert Scale and Likert-type Question were used in the questionnaire. This study covers 349 of 2456 administrative staff who are on duty at Erciyes University.. Frequency and percentage calculations were performed to determine the distribution of the research group according to personal and demographic variables. I Independent sample t-test "and de one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) i were used in parametric data to evaluate the level of differentiation depending on the independent variables. It was seen that demographic variables such as gender, working year and marital status did not affect motivation. It was observed that the feeling of possessing the institution working in older age employees increased. It was seen that the wage increased the motivation of the staff with low income level. Working climate and organization working relations, praise or appreciation were the main reasons increasing motivation.
