Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT Public debt means that getting some vales with the aim of providing possibilities from lenders who are in external or internal market, without any pressure durin borrowing, and even with the condition of returning in a term which has determined before borrowing, by government. Although, different types of macro economic effects are seemed according to the differences of sources which is used for public debts; but also macro economic effects that are taken place in our study are based on the hypothesis of borrowing from Central Bank. In our study, as a practice; "macro economic effects of borrowing from Central Bank in terms of 1993-2003, in Turkey*' are researched. in
