Abstract (EN)

This study is consist of three chapters.In the first chapter, some fundamantel definitions and theorems that useoften in Spectral theory of differential operators are given.In the second chapter, The Weyl point and Weyl circle for a Sturm-Liouvilleopeator are examined, some theorems and integral represention of the resolventare given.In the final chapter, For Wellposed of Inverse Sturm-Liouville problemsMizutani?s method that different from Gel?fand-Levitan?s method is examined.Theorems for Potential function are given.Keywords: Eigenvalue, eigenfunction, inverse Sturm-Liouville problem,Weyl point, Weyl circle, potential function.
