Abstract (EN)
SUMMARY SDD (Simple Digital Designer) has been developed as the first version of these kinds of design programs. The program is composed of some procedures. Every procedure solves a particular part of the problems. The most important part of SDD is function karnaughO. A method has been developed for simplification in this procedure. We studied all the simplification methods and combined them. So our method can give simpler solutions then them. We use C programming language because this language" is fast, and its bitwise operators are more powerfull then the other programming languages. Especially since our problems are relared to bits, the C language is good for solving. 172
