Abstract (EN)
Digital signatures are a mechanism that is becoming widespread in the world thanks to its ease of use in electronic environments. It provides the security, integrity, authentication and privacy of electronic data by using encryption algorithms. The main purpose of the research is to present the variables affecting the perception and usage behaviors of the personnels using the digital signature system. In this regard, data were collected from 494 academic and administrative staff working at Atatürk and Gümüşhane universities in order to determine the degree of effect of each variable by using technology acceptance model and to analyze these variables under the structural model. Structual Equation Model was used to analyze data and hypotheses testing. According to analysis results, anxiety has a negative impact on perceived usefulness. On the other hand, it has been found that trust has no significant effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. In addition, it has been obtained that perceived usefulness has a positive effect on attitude, and perceived ease of use has no a significant effect on attitude. In addition to these, in the adoption of digital signature technology, it has been seen that staff actual behaviors are affected by intention to use with a rate of 88.1%.
