Internalization and activation of digital libraries in the educational environment: The example of Europeana and EBA

In this study, a comparative evaluation example of different learning styles such as e-learning is presented by considering the digital concept of modern digital learning environments for teachers and students who need to learn to learn, with various facts. In the study, the pretest/posttest unequalized control group research model, which is one of the quasi-experimental designs, was used. The participants of the study consisted of 34 students (experimental: 18/control: 16) studying in the 7th grade of two public secondary schools in the city center of Ardahan in the 2021-2022 academic year. In the study, the "Readiness and Expectation Scale for the e-Learning Process" and the "Satisfaction Scale for the e-Learning Process" were applied to the students in the experimental and control groups. In addition, an academic achievement exam was applied to the students, and their academic achievements were determined by taking their 2nd semester 2nd written grades from the student information system. As a result of the study, the data obtained from the research were analyzed with the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 26.0 package program. In the findings part of the study, the readiness levels of both schools were high, and a statistically significant difference emerged in the experimental group in terms of satisfaction and academic achievement.
