Relationship of digitalism and crypto money

According to its most common and known definition, digitalism is defined as a concept that emerges as a result of technical progress and expresses the transition from real to virtual. Digitalism, whose effect has increased especially in the last quarter century and is entering our lives more and more with the technological dynamism behind it, manifests itself in the economic field with virtual currencies.Cryptocurrencies stand out as highly secure instruments thanks to the advanced technological infrastructure and complex encryption algorithm behind them. Although it is advanced in terms of security, cryptocurrencies, which contain many elements in malicious uses, continue to gain more and more popularity in today's economy world.The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between digitalism and cryptocurrencies. The study consists of four main sections and subsections. In the study, the place of cryptocurrencies in the monetary ecosystem has been explained in detail and the development process of cryptocurrencies has been examined in detail. In the study, four basic indicators were used to examine the relationship with crypto money within the scope of Digitalism. These indicators are globalization, internet usage, technological progress and social media usage. The relationship between these indicators and cryptocurrencies was examined with the help of statistical data, and as a result, it was determined that the positive developments in digitalism also positively affected cryptocurrencies.
