Özet (EN)

Since reactive dyestuffs have high color fastness and wide color spectrum, indyeing of cellulosic fiber they have always importance. In this study, under DPTproject, firstly reactive dyestuff, insisting of dichlorotriazinyl and acetylaminoreactive group is synthesized. For characterization of this dyestuff, 1H NMR,UV, IR and mass spectra were taken.By using exhaust method, the dyeing of cellulosic fiber with this dyestuff isbegun at low temperature and with presence of sodium chloride in the dye bath. After increasing and fixing the temperature, pH is increased by adding sodiumcarbonate.Under fixing the dyeing conditions, the chemicals which are used in thewashing-off conditions were changed. Thus, the effect of washing-off conditionsto the fixation ratio and color fastness of the dye to the fiber were examined byusing five different alkali (sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodiumcarbonate, ammonium hydroxide and sodium bicarbonate), commercial soapand tap water.Since all of the dyeing conditions were same, the percentage of exhaustion isfound as 99.29 for all different type of washing-off conditions. Because thedyestuff is heterobifunctional, for all cases of washing-off the high fixation ratiowas obtained. The washing-off, friction, perspiration and light fastnesses of the dyed fiber arealso obtained as expected as high values. The high values of wet fastness aswashing-off and friction are the evidence of the successful washing-offprocesses.Key Words : Reactive dyestuff, washing
