Approach of the High Board of Religious Affairs to interest-free finance applications

The thesis in question has been prepared in order to identify and evaluate the views of the High Council of Religious Affairs, established under the Presidency of Religious Affairs, on interest-free finance practices, and to collect them in a separate work and bring them to the literature. In the study, an effort was made to bring together the scattered fatwas and decisions that were not collected in any work, by categorizing them within the scope of the subjects. The aforementioned study consists of two parts, and in the first part, information about the Presidency of Religious Affairs and the Supreme Council of Religious Affairs is given. In the second part, the fatwas of the Council were categorized and discussed under different headings, not only the fatwas were mentioned, but also the general outlines of the issue were mentioned in order to explain the issue beforehand, and then the fatwa was included. While conducting the study, qualitative research method was used and applied, interviewed with authorized persons and data were collected through document analysis. It has been determined that the Board generally works on interest-free finance issues and is closely interested in these issues. Subsequently, based on the data obtained, it was seen that the Board informed the public about the aforementioned issues from various platforms. However, it has been concluded that some of the fatwas in official, written, public and television programs are not sufficient, clear and detailed, and some of them do not fully meet the some needs.
