Abstract (EN)
It is known that not every speech refers to a state of affairs all the time. There are other types of speech that do not describe an event or case but are still meaningful. These kinds of speeches are also required in order to perform several acts. Some acts such as promising, ordering, requesting and appreciating can only be performed via language. Austin and Searle have put forward to "Speech Act Theory" in order to reveal the values of these kinds of speeches. Moreover, they have called these statements as "performatives". According to Speech Act Theory, every speech is also an action at the same time. That is to say, some acts can only be carried out through several utterances. Every speech is an act or at least leads to an act. Austin has used the term "lllocutionary Act" to express the situation of the speech being on act. He has also used the term "Perlocutionary Act" to express the situation of the speech leading an act. Like all writings, scriptures perform some kinds of acts through utterances or provide some acts occur on the acceptors as well. For this reason, Speech Act Theory provides crucial opportunities in understanding verses of the Qur'an. By means of this theory, which actions the verses of Qur'an perform and which behavioral changes they aim to appear on the acceptors can be understood.
