After the productions were first taken from western television and presented to Turkish television, the Turkish cinema and television industry, which developed over time, prepared series, films and programs in line with Turkish society life. Especially after the national cinema is developed, basic subjects such as faith, history and culture began to be featured on the screens. Thus, it is seen that the core cultural values that the West is trying to change through this sector are protected through visual and auditory, which are the highest senses of learning. In this context, it is aimed to ensure that the national consciousness is not forgotten, lived and kept alive, to bring identity awareness and to remind the importance of loyalty to the ancestor cult, through the subjects poured into the scenario by making use of the elements of history and Turkish folk culture. There are many examples of cinema and television, blending history and folk culture, and one of them is the Diriliş Ertuğrul series. It has been seen that the series in question has the characteristics of the subject of examination and research from the day it started broadcasting until the time it made its finale.
