Abstract (EN)

Patient satisfaction, patient receives is quality of service quality of interaction expected with. Accordingly, before a patient service expectations and service presentation based on his experience after have certain perceptions. Patient perceived quality with the quality expected as a result of the comparison between offers decide whether it satisfied. Patient satisfaction, patient service for protection and were added unto purchase prior service is notified, the process, the entire relationship with him until all the expectations is the last to find the corresponding. Patient satisfaction particularly in influencing our lives is an important concept in the current period. Today, there is a quick change to occur in all areas. Changing people's expectations and needs. To meet these expectations and needs as the health service, while the lack of what we have and how we can keep more patient satisfaction higher or patient seeking answers to questions on how we can reduce dropped those charges health institutions constantly renew themselves. Oral and dental health in our country are not given enough attention in the process while more attention lately, illustrates the rapid development. In parallel, the satisfaction of patients and grievances are taken into account. Health care Institutions to determine patient satisfaction, to solve problems and meet the expectations of patients rights constitute the unit. Patient satisfaction is high, to keep improving the physical conditions that meet the needs of individuals of all employees display positive attitudes and attitudes, can communicate well with patients is recommended.
