Özet (EN)

Plagiarism, which means "theft" in the dictionary, is a literary term; "a person's word, poem, picture, composition, etc. It can be defined as adoping some or all of his / her works, showing a works, word or meaning that does not belong to him / her as his own. Plagiarism can be seen in any literary period. Like all types of theft, theft in the literary is also an unacceptable event. The same is true when it comes to Divan poetry. In Divan poetry, many terms, concepts and phrases related to plagiarism, which were generally called "düzd-i ma'na" (meaning-stealing), "hâyîde" (chewed bite), "sârık" (thief), "sirka(t)" (theft), "sirkat-i şi'r" (poetry theft), "tazmîn", "tırâş" (shaving), "ugrulamak / uğurlamak" (stealing) were used, and some words that did not fully mean plagiarism were called as accommadation or plagiarism by implication. In particular, many poets are accused of plagiarism in their biographies, regardless of their order. On the other hand, plagiarism also has a rhetorical aspect. In some rhetoric books, plagiarism takes place as a branch of "serikât-ı şi'riyye", with an alternative name of abrogation. These sources, which divide the plagiarism into two parts as overt and covert, have looked at other types of theft, apart from plagiarism and abrogation, from the point of view of literary art. In this study, the texts produced by those who are practitioners of classical Turkish poetry -divans, masnavis etc. – and those who evaluate them, in other words, those who approach the subject from a theoretical perspective -poet biographies, literary histories, anthologies, rhetoric boks, dictionaries, research Works, etc. The view of the texts on this issue has been discussed, the terms, concepts and phrases that these sources have used in relation to plagiarism have been identified and classified. How these concepts are evaluated in dictionaries, term dictionaries, rhetoric and literary theory books were examined by showing examples about their use in literary texts. In addition, the poets accused of plagiarism by the biographers are given in chronological order, and it is aimed to evaluate the poets' perspective on plagiarism in divans and masnavis, and their opinions about themselves and other poets on this issue.
