Abstract (EN)

More than one-third of the global inhabitant is obese or overweight. Obesity is a major-risk factor for the evolution of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Inflammation contributes to reduced life expectancy males and females were taken. For thesis studies, three groups of cases were formed. The first group included 30 healthy subjects represented as the controls, the second group had type 2 diabetes, included 30 diabetic patients without any long term complications, the third group included 30 diabetic patients with neuropathy. The ages of the three groups were within average (≤ 40 ≥ 60 years) and according to the period of type II diabetes. Patients with the disease for five years or more were taken. IL-10 is an important anti-inflammatory cytokinin that promotes the production of Inflammation and hyperglycemia. High levels of interleukin 10 can be considered an early warning of diabetic neuropathy. High levels of inflammatory signs are indefinitely early warning of diabetes. Results from thesis studies were demosrated that there are a disturbance in oxidant and antioxidant balance in the diabetic neuropathy, and diabetes IL-10 has a positive correlation with fasting blood sugar (FBG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c). Inverse correlations were found with erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), malondialdehyde (MDA) and albumin (Alb).
