Church of Diyarbakir Mar Petya chaldean restoration proposa

The study takes as a goal to offer about the restoration proposal of Mar Petyum Chaldean Church which is located in Diyarbakır Walls. The purpose of the study is to documentation of the structure of the current stiation and the preparation of restoration recommendations to be transfered to future generations. In the scope of the work, it was examined city walls area, monumental structures and examined the current status of all churches. The Church of Mar Petyyum Chaldean is obtained information about its original case of the structure and comparated with other churches. The history, architecture property, location, materials and construction techniques of Church of Mar Petyyum Chaldean's are investigated. With a survey of the current situation, the damage analysis has been obtained. Types of causes deterioration of the structure have been investigated in the detail. The information obtained from the building written, drawn, visual and oral sources, old photographs and the comparative studies other Churches of Diyarbakir, the restitution project and analysis are prepared. Together with the data obtained from studies of the building, restoration projects and analysis are prepared. According to the building for conservation and function properies of the destroyed traditional house are presented for maintining and preserving the originalstructure of the building.
