Culture and arts life according to newspaper Diyarbakır

Our study conserns secienstifical, artifical and social activities in Diyarbakir which were occured between 1286-287(hicri/ 1869-1871 miladi) in Diyarbakir Vilayet newspaper wich is public published.As it was expressed in the Vilayet newspaper, it has been showed us that different instructions of education, health, agriculture and other different sections were published in Diyarbakır newspaper. Addition to it, many news that occurred in Diyarbakır and surrondours of it were published.In the first 3 years of this newspaper, there were many news about poems and articles in it.The starting of Diyarbakır newspaper made it as a milestone about cultural life. Because many secientific and artifical persons stated this good stuations.It is understood that there were much struggle to excutive illiteracy with making a school in different areas. It is understood obvesly that there were different job schools where thougth manuscript (islamic hat- writing) in there. It was shown that there are some Protestan schools in those area. It is important to see the tolerance in that tim. This situation shows us there was tolerance among people. It is seen that there ere much demands to improve science in that places. There were discussions to reach to wealth and productivity . Also it is understood that there were much articles and other the newpapers about education art and cultural improve.
