Pend-i Ahmedî is a religious, moral and literary work written by Ahmed Mürşidî in Diyarbekir in the XVII century. In this thesis, the translation of Pend-i Ahmedî, which is between 1-50 foil, was made and the stories were analyzed. In the introduction, general information about the content of the poet and his work is given. Afterwards, Ahmed Mürşidî's life, works, language and content features of the work are presented. In the analysis section of our study, firstly the title of the story, the summary of the story, people, space, time and finally the message of the story were added. Later on, the couplets of Ahmed Mürşidî nibs, Pendnâme, in the linguistic translation (1-50) were transferred from the old letters to the Latin letters.
