Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out in Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University Faculty of Agriculture, Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University, Faculty of Agriculture, Field Crops application and trial area in the 2022-2023 growing year in order to determine the changes in grain yield and grain quality of 4 bread wheat varieties (Hamza, Axum, Flamura 85 and Maden) and 7 combination application programmes with 3 different fungicides against root collar diseases under natural epidemic conditions, with 3 replications according to the split plots experiment design (variety main plot and fungicide sub-plot). Variance analysis showed that there were significant statistical differences among varieties for all traits, the effects of fungicide treatments on all traits except hectolitre weight, gluten index and Zeleny sedimentation value were significant and fungicide treatments had different effects on all traits except grain weight per spike, harvest index, gluten index and Zeleny sedimentation value. It was determined that fungicide applications of Ecolia-KS and Magan-KS against root and root collar diseases at tillering and emergence periods caused significant reduction in disease rate and severity and increases in yield and quality factors according to variety sensitivity.
