Abstract (EN)

Aim: With the scope of the forgery of judical documents, which have important place in analyzing the judical documents; in this research, it is aimed to evaluate to recognize the ink age of the wet-signatures by the chemical techniques which singed with blue, red and black ink on the papers which are aged normally with regard to analyzing the judical documents. Materials and Methods: It was put signatures to the papers have the same features by the same person by writing the same things with the same brand blue, red and black pen and by writing that date in every month between 15.04.2018 and 15.10.2018. The written documents was put to the natural ageing at the same condition in a closed box with the previous ones. Then, phenoxyethanol which is found as volatile in the structure of ink in pattrens was analyzed with the system of GC-MS. Findings: As a result of researches, when the documents which are written with every three colored pen was compared, the reducing at the quantity of phenoxyethanol was determined. When the quantity of phenoxyethanol at the 3 and 4 month documents which are written with three colored pens were compared, it was unexpectedly seen that the quantity of phenoxyethanol at 4-month documents is higher than the 3-month documents. When the quantities of phenoxyethanol at the 5 and 6 month documents were compared, the quantity of phenoxyethanol at 5 month documents was appointed as a bit higher than 6 month ones. When the quantities of phenoxyethanol at the 1-day and 6-month documents, which are written with red, blue and black pens were compared in itself, a decline over %50 (red %52.5 - blue %66.5 – black %60.1) at the 6-month documents was observed. Conclusion: As the written documents get older, a decline in the quantity of phenoxyethanol is expected, but in our study an increase in the quantity of phenoxyethanol at some months was observed. This case is attributed to the diffussion of phenoxyethanol to other paper documents, are formed by same person and are saved in same condition, from up to down when they are impricated. In addition, it was interpreted that there might be a difference in pressure even in written documents created by the same person at different times and in this case, it would affect the results. It is commented that sorting can be done between the documents, which are formed by the same person at the same conditions, and then saved. Although a certain dating is not done, a date range can be given.
