Özet (EN)
The aim of this study on the hydrogeology study of Doğanbağı hot and mineral water resources is to determine the origins of hot and mineral waters within the study area, to explain the relationship of the chemical composition of the waters with the lithology and to create a formation model by revealing the formation mechanism. Within the scope of the study, water samples were taken twice from the hot and mineral waters and cold waters in the study area during rainy (April, 2019) and arid (September, 2019) periods, and detailed chemical analyzes and isotope analyzes were performed. The temperatures of the studied waters are between 15.3 ºC and 29.5 ºC in the rainy period and between 12.6 ileC and 29.2 ºC in the dry period. The dominant cation in the waters is Ca+ 2, and the dominant anion is HCO3-'. The waters examined according to the results of the isotope analysis performed in the rainy and dry periods are meteoric originated because they are located on and near the Mediterranean meteoric water lines. For Doğanbağı geothermal area, the reservoir rock temperatures estimated by silica geothermometers are between 28,30oC and 117,58oC. Considering these estimated temperatures, Doğanbağı hot and mineral (DSM) waters are suitable for residential, greenhouse heating and hot spring use by cooling. It has been identified. While the cover rocks of Doğanbağı geothermal system are schist and phyllites belonging to Pütürge Metamorphics, reservoir rock is recrystallized limestones of the same unit. Doğanbağı geothermal system is semi-closed. DSM water resources are formed by the heating of meteoric waters under the control of the faults in the region and their surface surface under the control of the mentioned faults. The main factor in the warming of hot and mineral waters studied is geothermic gradient.
