Abstract (EN)

The problem of the insufficiency of savings has led countries to benefit from foreign sources and Foreign Direct Investments. While process of globalization has gained a great deal of speed the developing countries has begun to strive attracting Foreign Direct Investments in their own countries. The majority of the Foreign Direct Investments has been carried out by Multi National Corporations.The aim of using of tax incentives is the wish to increase investments flow, to provide new technology, to develop less developed regions by encouraging foreign investments.After the collapse of the Soviet Union Kazakhstan had begun to follow policies of attracting Foreign Direct Investments to national market and until nowadays these arrangements have been continued.In this paper Foreign Direct Investments in Kazakhstan, tax incentives and the tax incentives impacts on foreign direct investments have been researched. Also in this paper it has been tried to determine the efficiency of the tax incentives in the country after its receiving of the independency by evaluating of the tax incentives practice.
