Desert dusts consist of the result of insert into atmosphere and atmospheric transport of dusts on soil cover (such as PM1, PM2.5, PM10) to distant regions by effect of various winds and mobil depressions, depending on different meteorological factors and general atmospheric circulation in subtropical desert areas and the inner regions of the land away from the sea. The Sahara Desert, the deserts of Suudi Arabia, Iran and Iraq deserts impact eastern and southeastern Anatolia regions. The eastern and southeastern Anatolia regions were effected during certain times of the year reasons such as by dusts that derive from this deserts to effect westerly winds and mid-altitude cyclones, to be close to the Anatolian peninsula, not to be wide and high topographic barriers that prevent from desert dusts that moved this deserts.The chemical and mineralogical properties of desert dusts that affect Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia Region are different because of difference climatic conditions of The Sahara Desert, Deserts the Peninsula of Arap and Desert Iran-Irak that affect Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia Region and lands with different geological formation of the structure. Sampling and microanalysis methods were used in the determination of micro-analytical properties of desert dusts that affects work area. Natural and human factors effect on movement and distribution of dust deserts in the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia Region. Natural factors are topographic features (orografya, elevation, aspect) and the climatological parameters (temperature, pressure, wind, humidity and rainfall). Human factors are dense and irregular urbanization, fossil fuels and motor vehicles. Desert dust are effect in the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia Region in according to the data for the years 2009-2010 the desert dust the spring March-April-May, June, July in summer months, in fall september,october.Desert dusts effect too much on natural and human environments. These effects are in natural environment on climate, vegetation and soil cover, water resources and glacial melting and In human environment on structure and activities of human health and settlements. Sedimentation as dry and wet deposition of desert dust in provinces in the study area in spring and autumn effect negative on the quality of cotton agriculture. Air quality and visibility decreases when desert dusts densitiy. Avalanches and flood occur deposition on snow desert dusts with rapid melting of snow. To inform the public taking the necessary measures authorized persons and organizations require preventing loss of life and property in such cases. Desert dust in the Southeastern Anatolia impact negative human health. The number of applicants to the hospital in dusty days are than dust-free days % 20. Desert dusts affect tourism, transport and the beekeeping activities. Desert dusts cause to clogging and deterioration of air conditioners used in homes and businesses the early corrosion of metallic objects, to scratches to occur as a result of dust and sand storms that paints cars. Dust in the desert castles, such as statues and monuments on the historical and cultural structures which are of great importance as the dry and wet deposition as a result of corrosion and decomposition of chemical lead structures.Climatological, geomorphological and micro-analytical characteristics dust deserts of Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia Region, development, effects on natural and human environment evaluated and solutions versus problems that arise were presented in this study.
