Abstract (EN)

In this study, between January 2013 and June 2014, Pseudomonas species, which were isolated from fish farms of the East Black Sea Region, studying with three housekeeping genes (16S rRNA, rpoD and rpoB). The purposes of improved identification, 28 Pseudomonas strains were analyzed using biochemical tests and special primers for Pseudomonas species. As a result of this study, gene trees discrimination of two groups, called Pseudomonas fluorescens group and Pseudomonas putida group. Pseudomonas strains, which were used in this study, were determined as Pseudomonas fluorescens, Pseudomonas putida and Pseudomonas sp. and two strains were of these Pseudomonas lundensis and one of Pseudomonas baetica. This study also demonstrated that the rpoD genes have improved discriminative power than 16S rRNA and rpoB genes for Pseudomonas strain.
