Crime of swindling

In this study, the crime of Swindling that takes place in the 503 rd and followingarticles of the 756 numbered Former Turkish Criminal Law, and in the New TurkishCriminal Law's 157 th and following articles have been tried to explain comperatively.The study consists of three parts.In the first part, the historic development of the crime, the place of the crime in theCriminal Law, the concept of wealth, and German Criminal Swindling Offense havebeen explained. In the second part, the components of the crime, the private visualshapes of the crime, the differing of the crime from the other ones, and the qualifiedsituations of the crime have been described. In the third part, the causes which decreasethe fine, the legal results of the sanction and the subjects like being under sentence, theconditions of the court on duty and judging, postponing, repetition of the crime,prescription have been explained.
