Abstract (EN)
The issue that the economical return and/or emerging yield decrease depending on variousfactors is among the most sicnificant subjects of the agricultural production. On the otherhand, especially 'the efforts to obtain high output from the unit area' in order to meet theincreasing food requirements may seem succesful in the short run, however, the problemsstemming from this implementation and especially from excessive usage of fertilizers andpesticides are among the ones to be solved. Therefore, in order for such problems to be solvedespecially in the competitive market conditions, the producers have to know almosteverything about the product, production and market or take them under control as much aspossible. Putting aside the following and control of the market conditions, in the recent yearswithin the scope of development of some new techniques and technologies, intensive workshave been conducted in order to keep up with agricultural production or to realize a controlledproduction and finally for the inspection of production and productional environment. One ofthese innovations is the measurement of the photosynthetical active radiation (PAR) andremote sensing (RS) techniques and technologies based on the analysis of this radiation inseveral ways. Via this aforementioned technique and technology, it is possible to observeproduction environments and production with the help of some information technologies andto make more healthy and more reliable desicions within the scope of the implementation ofthe production techniques and technologies according to changing environment conditions. This study is about whether a greenhouse type LINDA tomato vegetable can be determinedthrough the remote perception methods of different nutritional conditions. According torandom sampling experimental design, with 4 replications, the pot vegetable tomato wasgiven the different dosages of the nutritious elements such as nitrogen(N), phosphor(P),potassium(K), magnesium(Mg) and ferro(F) and PAR usages of the plants and the spectral reflection values of the electromagnetic spectrum between the intervals of 325–1075nanometre(nm) wavelengths were measured with a movable spectroradiometre. Reflectionmeasurements were carried out once a week with 4 replications which based on the mainphysiological periods of the plants such as young seedling, blossoming, emerging andmaturation of the fruits and via this implementation, the chlorophyl levels of the plant leaveswere simultaneously determined. Consequently, it is observed that it is possible to follow theproduction processes by determining the nutritional conditions of the tomato plant withremote preception methods, but some suplementary studies have to be conducted in order tobe able use this technique and technology safely. In these new studies, it will be beneficial topay attention that the material of the habitat is close to the natural, to make the reflectionmeasurements with the hyperspectral technologies instead of the multispectral ones and toconduct the chlorophyl measurements simultaneously with the spectral measurements.KEY WORDS: Tomato, Fertilizing, Remote Sensing, Spectral Reflection.
