The effect of sociological transformer leadership on motivation and organizational improvement in the context of organizational behavior

Leadership is a concept associated with motivation and organizational identification. Transformational leadership behavior which is one of the leadership approaches has a positive effect on motivation and organizational identification. In this study, the concepts of transformational leadership, motivation and organizational identification are discussed. However, the relationship between motivation and identification was studied. In this context, the aim of the study is to get the employee's ideas and to provide data for further studies and arrangements related to the subject.In this study, the effect of transformational leadership approach on motivation and organizational identification in institutions and organizations affiliated to Sakarya Family, Labor and Social Services Provincial Directorate were examined.Transformational leadership characteristics are discussed in four sub-dimensions: ideal effect, individual interest, intellectual stimulation and inspirational motivation.In this study, transformational leadership, motivation and organizational identification levels were determined according to demographic characteristics, motivation and identification dimensions were evaluated and the relationships between these concepts were determined. The research is connected to AÇSHB' in 81 provinces in Turkey provincial directorates in the cost of trying to reach the person in charge, it was taken into consideration by evaluating the difficulty of control and ethically and exploring the universe, therefore Sakarya Province Family, Labor and Social Services Provincial Directorate has been selected. In the study, the sample was of 231 more than required. There are 170 staff and 390 subcontractors working in the Family, Labor and Social Services Provincial Directorate.
