Dönüşümsel liderliğin örgütsel etkinliği üzerindeki etkisi

The research mainly aims to study the impact of transformational leadership through its dimensions on organizational effectiveness in Ibn Khaldun Trading Company, Burhan Company, Ebdaa Company, and Al-Ahlia Company. To achieve the objectives of the research, the quantitative approach was adopted, as 194 questionnaires were distributed to the leaders of the selected companies. After collecting the data, correlation and regression analysis was conducted to find out the effect of the independent variable, which is the dimensions of transformational leadership, on the dependent variable, which is organizational effectiveness. The researcher concluded that there is a statistically significant impact association for all dimensions of transformational leadership (inspirational motivation, idealized influence, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation) on organizational effectiveness in the company. The study mainly recommends following this style of leadership to achieve growth, competitive advantage, and organizational effectiveness for companies.
