Abstract (EN)

In this study, research about servis personnels educations needs for food and beverage in four and five stars hotels, the situation of the education if that were given efficient or insufficient and in this study the educator opinions establishings were planned.The examples of the study, hotels enterprises the departs of food and beverage include workers as volunteer servis personnels about 150 personnels and 51 educators. The questionnaire forms that were provided applayed by the personnels and the educators. The SPSS datums were analyzed and made given suitable tables by 11.0 program. In this study the appilication were based on sex, age, the situations of educations, sektor experience and the personnels situations in the department that the toke their educate supported by Avone tests. In this study the level of significant is about 0.05.According to the result of the study the work harmony of the EİKm personels and work productivity (work end in short time and minimum few work expence) were seccesful then EİK work. The educatos profed that the works skill simplify for EİK personels were seccesful then EİKm personnels. the participations tinks that the EİK personnels; skills of solving the problems of the customes were better then the personnels of the EİKm personnels finally the conclude that wrer taken in the end of the study the administrations, educators, the centers of the educations, trachers have big works persist in. The educations have to be a dynamic time, and make it motive and continuous have big advantage.
