The issues that shafi's are alone in four sects

The different decleration of the scribes is not permissible on the subject that is obvious in The Holy Quran and the authentic sunnah. However, when it is considered how to act on the issues that include reasons born of verses (Qur `anic verses and hadith will be based on evidence.) and the issues in which there is not any verse, the existence of differet denominations is necessary.As mentioned above, the different views of mujtahids on the issues that are the understanding of verses, the affair and the actualization of tradition, the ambiguity of the customs and similar evidences caused disagreement to decide. Thus, the muslims had known the declerations of the ımam living in their own area and chosen these strong declerations and behaved according to them. Here this choice and tendentiousness left their place to the sects that mean ?destination? in time. Many sects occured especially, Hanafi, Shafi, Maliki, Hanbali, Caferi, Zaydis and Zahirilik. However, except for these seven ones, there are only the names of them in the books as their disciples ceased. And we have tried to set the subjects in which Shafi is opponent to other three Ahl al-sunnah sects. In this research we have tried to identify the subjects in which Shafi is opponent to the three sects. They are worship, dealing, wedding, parting and penalty.
