Abstract (EN)

Today, businesses have put aside the traditional management approaches to reduce transaction costs, have tended to modern management approaches. Organizations implement these management approaches in increasingly competitive environment, in turn they can be more focused on customer needs. Outsourcing is one of these approaches. Outsourcing means intensifying to core competencies of firms by giving the works to specializing enterprises that these works are not activity area of the firm. Outsourcing in the hospitals is used under the provisions of the law in the form of procurement of services. In this study Outsourcing, the reasons of using outsourcing in hospitals, benefits and drawbacks of outsourcing and process of outsoursing are discussed. The aim of the study is to explain, by using the technique of the domestic and foreign literature review, positive and negative outcomes of using outsourcing in public hospitals. Outsourcing is used in hositals mostly areas such as cleaning, data preparing, security and food and beverage services. The hospitals can be focused beter to serve health services via this technique. In the study the firms which use outsourcing, they focus on core competencies, arise service quality and reduce their costs. On the other hand, some negatives such as selecting an unqualified subcontractor firm, to be captured important information and documents by the subcontractor, personnel effects of the subcontractor, to loss flexibility of subcontractor have emerged.
