Abstract (EN)
The importance of electromagnetic sources in human life is increasing with the development of technology. Electromagnetic radiation triggers some problems in our lives such as electromagnetic interference and human health problems. The electromagnetic radiation level emitted by the base station increases in proportion to the density of people in an area. Electromagnetic exposure is higher in areas where people are concentrated, such as hospitals, concert venues, military barracks, schools, shopping centers, compared to other regions. It is important to show constant concern about the intensity of electromagnetic radiation in these areas in order to keep EM levels below the permissible limits. Uludağ University Görükle Campus has a medical faculty hospital, which is visited by more than 55000 students and thousands of people every day. Therefore, it is important to determine the EM level and keep this value below the national standards. In this study, electric field values were measured statically at very high human density points to examine EM levels throughout the campus. As a result of the measurements obtained, models for electromagnetic field estimation were developed with artificial neural network and fuzzy logic methods and the electromagnetic field value was estimated by determining the best estimation model at the points where no measurement was made. In addition, measurement results and estimation results are evaluated within the limits set by national (BTK) and international (ICNIRP) standards. Finally, the measurement estimation results are mapped according to the measurement points and the average electric field intensity.
