Facilitation of foreign trade and authorised economic operator applications

The involvement of all stakeholders in the developing world economy into the trade ecosystem is important to ensure that the scarce resources in the world are easily accessible to all. All enterprises that want to participate in foreign trade regardless of their scales should open the way to the products or services that they will supply to the global market, and they should not have difficulties in this regard. Simple rules and regulations take place instead of complex systems and that secures to create more efficient supply chains. With the effect of trade facilitation, small and medium enterprises provide goods diversity in market and on the other hand with lessen the procedures of big companies cause saving time and cost. As a result of the studies carried out within the WCO and WTO, the enterprises in the trade ecosystem and therefore carrying out their activities on the legal basis of trade have been opened with the help of YYS application by calling them as reliable companies. Thus, legitimate firms were separated in the fight against smuggling and terrorism, and the opportunity for efficient use of scarce personnel and time resources was created. In this study, Facilitation of Foreign Trade and Authorised Economic Operator Practices have been examined and evaluations have been made on both international facilitation and national studies. In this study, the concept of Trade Facilitation was examined in detail and the reports prepared to measure the efficiency of countries in facilitating trade were emphasized. The development of applications based on Authorized Economic Operator of the AEO program developed by the WCO has been described Turkey's place in the framework of legislation and years were monitored. The increase of Turkey's foreign trade studies and AEO applications to facilitate trade in the results of the study concluded that plays an important role.
