The position of China in the world economy and trade relations with Turkey

The most important factor behind the economic success achieved by China, which has reached an important place in the world economy, is that it has increased its exports rapidly in a very short time. After leaving the planning mechanism to the forefront after China in 1979, China implemented important reforms for transition to the market economy. With these reforms, China has made significant transformations in the agricultural sector, in state and private enterprises, in foreign investments, in areas such as the exchange rate and the capital market, in order to move to the market economy. As a result of these reforms, it has become the second largest economy in the world with its trade volume. The same period in Turkey with China began to open to the outside, it has increased rapidly over time, trade relations with China, but has resulted in Turkey's largest foreign trade deficit to China.
