Özet (EN)
Determination of Helicobacter pylori Klaritromisin and Floroquinolone drug resistance in patients having duodenal ulcer. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), discovered through multidisciplinary studies of the science of gastroenterology and microbiology, and 20. century medicine is one of the most important discoveries that marked. By synthesizing ammonia from urea by the enzyme urease bacterial neutralizes the acid environment of the stomach and thus allows colonization. It is one of the most common bacterial infections Helicobacter pylori infection in humans. The main reservoir is the human stomach. The mucous layer of the stomach in Helicobacter pylori, gram negative, spiral, 4-6 flagellal, 2.5-5 μm of a length, which can grow under microaerophilic conditions at 37 oC urease, catalase, oxidase positive is a bacterium. The entire genome of H. pylori are described for the first time in 1997. Accordingly, the genome of H. pylori length 1,6 mb, 1.73 meters varies between. H. pylori isolates 40% of length: 1.5 Kb plasmids ranging from 23.3 of contain. More than half of the world's population, 85 to 90 percent of the eradication of H. pylori infected our country, therefore, is of great importance. But some of antimicrobial agents used in treatment against the development of resistance of bacteria in the eradication of lead to failure. Culture and sensitivity of H. pylori bacteria a breeding applications in difficult due to technical difficulties, easy to implement, and have shown that cheapest of the methods is required. Studies pre-treatment the importance of the detection of the presence of resistance is emphasized. In this study, 48 duodenal ulcers with 25 women (53%) of 23 male (47%) of patients biopsy specimens obtained from H. pylori and Clarithromycin to its resistance to Fluoroquinolone antibiotics was tested by molecular methods. The study of 48 patients with duodenal ulcers as a result of 40 (83%) the Clarithromycin resistance, 33 (69%) also Fluoroquinolone resistance in a total of 32 patients (67%) with both Clarithromycin and Fluoroquinolone resistance GenoType® HelicoDR with the method in a short time have been identified. Molecular tests in a short period of when the results are taken into account, the study has been to prevent the loss of time and unnecessary with the use of medications.
