Transliteration and determination of the sources in the Kitab al-Amanat, upon ?Duraru?l Hukkam Sharh-i Mecelleti?l-Ahkam?

In this study is examined between 762-832 th Provisions of Duraru?l Hukkam Sharh-i Mecelleti?l-Ahkam which is one of the Commentaries of Majalla. This study contains an Introduction and four main sections and a conslusion. In the first chapter were examined Ali Haydar Efendi?s life and his effects on the legal life in his term. In the second chapter the books and collections of taxes which are subject to Duraru?l-Hukkam were introduced and in addition to these, list of Duraru?l-Hukkam?s sources which were refered by the author are given in these sections. In the third chapter which is main body of my thesis is introduced transliteration of Dürerü?l-Hukkam'ın on the base of the kitab al-amanat. In the last chapter technical terms of kitab al-amanat which are related by fiqh are shortly explaned by us. And the finally the conclusions for my thesis are summarized.
