Abstract (EN)
The human factor is of great importance in the successful delivery of emergency health services. Because all services are offered by people. Therefore, depending on the quality of emergency medical services for corporate employees, directors and trusting the institutions should be composed of people obey to the ethical rules. The purpose of this study, the ethical climate perceptions of organizational trust Duzce emergency medical services employees, and to demonstrate the relationship between organizational commitment. The survey model, which is one of the quantitative data analysis techniques, was used in the study and the questionnaire prepared within the scope of the field research was applied to the employees. In the first part of the questionnaire applied to the employees, demographic information of the participants, organizational commitment scale in the second part, organizational trust scale in the third part and ethical climate scale in the last part. According to research results; It is revealed that there is a positive strong relationship between the ethical climate perceptions and organizational trust of emergency medical services employees. However, it was found that there is a positive strong relationship between employees' ethical climate perceptions and organizational commitment, and finally there is a positive strong relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitment of employees.
