In this study results of 243 patients were examined retrospectively. European Standard Patch Series allergens and also allergens suspected by the patients were used.Material-Method: Chi-Square test was used to evaluate the results statistically. The parameters about the ratio were determined as ratio+SD. The parametres about order and category were determined as percent and number in this study. All of the analysis were made in security (%95 trustable) and SPSS 15.0 for Windows was used for this analysis. p?0.05 was considered statistically siginificant. Results: In 79 ( 32.5 %) patients out of 243 positive reactions were observed. The most common allergen was nickel sulfate in 36 (45.6 %) patients. 2. were the added allergens in 9 (11.4 %) patients. 3.was potassium dichromate in 8 (10.2 %) patients. Formaldehyde and fragrance mix in 6 (7.6 %), wool alcohols and colophony in 3 (3.8 %) were followed by cobalt chloride in 3 (3.8 %) patients. Conclusion: The patch test is essential to patients with suspected allergic contact dermatitis.
