The projects of The Revenue Administration within the context of e-finance and e-government

With the widespread use of information and communication technologies in public administration, a new connection has established between the Government, the private , public sectors ,citizens and a new e-Government concept has emerged. The developing process of Information Technologies in the management process to respond to the expectations of the addition, the traditional state understanding has been blended with the concept of e-Government . This process of change and transformation of the country into a shape that conforms to the requirements of the age of the administrative and management structure are more transparent and effective than the conventional structure. In our study, mainly, e-finance and projects are described in the light of e-Goverment studies in Turkey. In the first part of the research, government and e-Government by drawing a general outline of the concepts are explained, and the understanding of electronic government has been explained on how the state is integrated with the traditional understanding. After that, E-Government has been mentioned in the purposes and benefits of e-Government of the leading countries in the world and the basic components of the e-Government concept is discussed. In the next section, a fundamental change in the State Administration which is the symbol of e-Government applications in Turkey are examined and the results of its progress in our country is assessed with governmantal examples. In the last part, due to the steps taken by the Ministry of Finance, which has a pioneering position in terms of renewal in the country, the projects belonging to the Revenue Administration are examined and the applications are evaluated with a view focused on Ministry of Finance.
