Comparing and designing techniques of web pages code order for e-transformations

At E-transformation, at the process of preparing web pages, applicationof the program techniques make things much easier for both users andprivate sector and public sector. Transforming the static contents usedat the classical web pages to the dynamics and for all the sectorsperforming their procedures over this platform decrease all the costand the time wasted. At this study, passing to interaction with the databases that are developed with object-oriented programming, standardprogramming, and functional-procedural programming techniquesand often used at e-transformations, getting prepared in the aspect offile systems, net and protocol functions, the code orders including theprocedures of producing meaningful graphics, dynamic programmingmethod and in the language of PHP web programming, have beenundergone the test of performance at the several platforms. It has beenoperated 1000 times per at the three presenting computers whose codeorders, hardware and system software developed for each procedureare different. At the result of operating the code orders, to determinethe performance, at every step, the operating periods of the codes havebeen obtained as micro second, and they have been kept in thepresenting computers. To the code orders, to determine the effect ofinternet usage intensity and for getting the obtained results safe, at thehours 09:00-16:00 which the usage of internet are supposed as themost intensive, and at the hours 02:00-06:00 p.m. which the usage ofinternet are supposed as the most rarely, the sample procedures havebeen operated twice totally. The results that were obtained have beenundergone of statistical analysis with the variance analysis techniqueat the factorial level.
