Due to the widespread use of the Internet with the help of mobile communication tools (smart phone, laptop, tablet, etc.) and other technological tools, the Web-based e-commerce, which has started to be preferred more than applications, has gained much importance in the period we live in and is used more widely. In this study, interface design in e-commerce applications and usability of e-commerce sites are discussed. In addition, it has been tried to evaluate how e-commerce sites are affected by the behavior of the end user in order to improve the interface design and increase its usability. In addition, techniques, devices and software required for learning, analyzing and evaluating the user's behavior have been investigated. In this study, it is aimed to discuss the tests and methods on how to create more effective, user-friendly and usable e-commerce interfaces by taking user behavior into account, as well as creating a guide for e-commerce designers.
