Abstract (EN)

In this study, B2B and B4B structures have been analyzed, and their intended use and differences have been presented. The structures of B2B types used in Turkey have been examined, and the reasons of switching from B2B to B4B have been studied in details. In addition to this, the Cloud Computing and SAAS service structure, a cloud computing structure, have been analyzed, and ascertaining that these are better than conventional structure in terms of cost, accessibility, stabilization and security, a B4B hybrid system, which is the subject of this thesis, has been constructed. Prior to developing the software, firstly the agile software methodology has been examined and, while developing the software, the SCRUM method, a lower step to agile software methodology, has been used. Together with SCRUM, it has been ascertained that, compared to conventional method, this software project is more flexible and useful in terms of time consumed, workforce and cost. Eventually a prototype for B4B hybrid system application has been introduced.
