Abstract (EN)
Health service health institutions have an important place of emotional labor behavior. In this study, the midwife of emotional labor behavior and the factors that affect and determine the solutions aimed to determine. Working within the 130 persons survey using the method of research. Some primary health care service institutions survey (depending on the public health Authority community health center, the County Government Hospital, Health, family health Centre and public health Directorate) is made with a midwife who served. Survey was conducted with the participation of the people with their requests. According to the results of survey conducted; the shape of the unit of work premises, worked hours, his profession willingly featured status, as elements of emotional labor behavior assignment shape the enterprise model does not expose of no effect. Natural emotional objective behavior; education, age, work type, marital status, children, working years in the profession, work satisfaction has been reached to the conclusion that the effect of such elements.
