Istıshâd with Arabic Poetry In Ahkâmu'l Qur'an Of Abu Bakr al-Cessâs

Ebu Bekir el-Cessâs is an important scholar who lived in the 10th century and took lessons from scholars such as Ebü'l-Hasan al-Karhi, the greatest Hanafi jurist of the time, and Hakim an-Nîsâbûrî. el-Cessâs started to give lectures in Baghdad after Kerhi's death. el-Cessâs has educated many students like them; Abu Bakr Muhammad b. Mûsâ al-Harizmî, Ebû Abdullah Muhammed b. Yahyâ el-Cürcânî, Ebü'l-Hüseyin Muhammed b. Ahmed ez-Za'ferani, Ebû Ca'fer Muhammed b. Ahmed en-Nesefi, Ebû Ca'fer al-Üsrûşenî, Muhammed b. Ahmed el-Vâsıtî. el-Cessâs has almost to ten works, and the most famous is Ahkâmü'l Qur'an, which contains the provisions of the Hanafi school in which he interpreted the verses of judgment. It is one of the first examples written in terms of interpreting the verses containing the Ahkam al-Qur'an.While interpreting the verses, el-Cessâs extracted evidences from Arabic poetry. The main subject of this study is el-Cessâs' method of istişhâd with poetry. The verses contained in the evidence of el-Cessâs's poem belong in terms of subject and language. The poem that he interprets reveals the trust in the poems in which the language he brought in the first place as evidence.This study, which deals with the work of Ebu Bekir el-Cessâs called Ahkâmu'l Qur'an, consists of two groups. In the first class, the building of the author, his belongings, scientific information, and the poetry exhibition in the Qur'an and hadith were included. Evaluation of the second part of the study, the method of istişhâd with poetry was used in Ahkâmu'l Qur'an, which is the most basic discussion. In this context, the couplets he used together with the poem were classified and exemplified. Thus, the method of istishhad with poetry in Ahkam al-Qur'an was discussed.
