The understanding ijma of Abû İshâk al-Şirazi

Ijma which many religious provision in the books of fiqh basis of legitimacy referenced to show, also in the works of fiqh procedure located as a member of the theory of indispensable resources and Among the religious basis of evidence usually placed in the third row is one of the very important concepts of Islam fiqh and culture. The great scholars of Shafi'i sect, both procedure and furan also many works releasing Shiraz, especially left from the area of procedural, the owner of works called Şerhu'l-Lüma', el-Lüm'a and et-Tebsıra, the ijma understanding of eş-Şîrâzî will attempt to demonstrate. The research contains an introduction, three chapter and a conclusion. The introduction deals with the purpose, scope, importanca and the methodology of research. Şirazi's life, scientific development, his teachers and students and Works are stated in the first section. The thoughts of Şirazi abaout Ijma were stated in the second and third part.
